What is an user?

An user is a team member who has their own Vetocare-login. Every user has unlimited access to all functions within Vetocare.

Can I use multiple devices?

Yes, Vetocare is an online program and can therefore be used on multiple devices at the same time. That's why it's not necessary to purchase an additional subscription per PC or device.

How does the trial work?

The trial period is very simple: Create a new account. The new account has automatic access to all Vetocare functions. Try all functions and see if Vetocare meets all requirements. After the trial period you can decide yourself whether you want to continue to use Vetocare.

Can I upgrade during the trial period?

Yes, please. There is no reason to wait to upgrade, as we automatically add the remaining days of the trial to the subscription.

Am I tied to something after the trial period?

No, the trial period expires automatically. You do not need to cancel or give a reason. The trial period is therefore not automatically converted into a subscription.

Will data from the trial period be retained?

Yes, after upgrading to a subscription, all data entered from the trial period will remain available.

How does the payment work?

Payment is by monthly collection or once per year. It is currently possible to pay via iDEAL, PayPal, bank transfer, direct debit or by invoice.
