Connect Vetocare with NL Pharma

Earlier this year we started working with NL Pharma to see how we could serve our shared customers better. One of the starting points was making products and product information easier to get into Vetocare, without the time-consuming work of retyping data.

Our import and transfer team regularly did one-off imports of product data or price lists, but there was no real way to reduce the day-to-day work. Until now the choice was: import a complete range, or enter new product data yourself every now and then. You cannot avoid the latter entirely, of course, but we have made it a lot easier.

Filled in automatically

When you want to add new products from the NL Pharma range to your pharmacy, Vetocare now fills in a large part of the fields for you. Think of all the fields nobody likes retyping: the product name, barcode, article number, purchase price, registration number and so on.

Retyping or copying and pasting data is not just tedious — it is also very error-prone.

Sounds complicated, you may think. But the best part is: you only have to switch it on, and Vetocare does the rest.

But that is not all…

Together with this integration we have launched a new version of Price management. With a single tick you can now fetch every product with unprocessed price changes from your supplier. You then decide whether to update the prices, or whether you want to make a manual adjustment here and there.

Already using margin rules in Vetocare? Then the selling prices change along with them, and all you have to do is save. Handy, right?

And also handy: this does not only work for products added through the integration. It works straight away for every NL Pharma product that was already in your stock management, so new and existing customers can get started right away.
