Connect Vetocare to Covetrus

From now on, every Covetrus (NL) customer has the full Covetrus range available in Vetocare automatically. In this article you can read what the new integration does, and what else we have added to make linking to your supplier even easier.

After launching our integration with NL Pharma, we received many requests for more integrations, including Covetrus. Before, we could run imports of product data and prices on request for our customers, but since the latest update that is no longer necessary.

Easy to add

When you want to add new products from the Covetrus range to your pharmacy, you can look them up inside Vetocare and Vetocare fills in a large part of the fields for you. Think of all the fields nobody likes retyping: the product name, barcode, article number, purchase price, registration number and so on. Because besides being tedious, retyping or copying and pasting data is also very error-prone.

Price changes

With the previous update to the integration we already introduced the renewed Price management. With a single tick you can fetch every product with unprocessed price changes from your supplier. You then decide whether to update the prices, or whether you want to make a manual adjustment here and there. Already using margin rules in Vetocare? Then the selling prices change along with them, and you only need to save to put the price changes through.

But that is not all…

When you use one or more product integrations, you naturally want to know when something has changed. So with this update we have introduced a new type of message in the Vetocare Inbox. Every practice now automatically receives a message as soon as changes have been made to your supplier’s range. From that message you can check and apply any price changes in a single click.

Want to use the integration too? You only need to switch it on in the settings, and the rest happens by itself.
